USBID CENTER

Hello. We are USBID Center, a consulting firm specializing in U.S. Forces Korea (USFK) and U.S. federal procurement bidding.
As a cornerstone of the ROK–U.S. alliance, USFK procures goods, services, and construction worth 2-3 trillion won every year from Korean companies.
Yet because every notice and procedure runs through English-only U.S. federal systems such as SAM and PIEE,
many excellent Korean companies are unaware the market even exists, or give up at the entry barrier.

Drawing on over 10 years of accumulated expertise in U.S. military procurement bidding,
USBID Center provides end-to-end, one-stop support — from business registration (NCAGE, SAM, UEI) and NAICS code selection to bidding, award, and payment collection via PIEE.
With a network of government-procurement attorneys and tax advisors, plus real-time bid information,
we help our clients enter the U.S. federal market as quickly and safely as possible.
Beyond domestic procurement, into the new market of the United States — USBID Center will be your partner in export growth.

SAM

SAM (System for Award Management) is the U.S. government's integrated procurement registration system.
It is the first gateway every company or organization must complete to do business with the U.S. federal government — registering corporate, financial, and tax information to obtain procurement eligibility.

Only after completing SAM registration can a company bid on U.S. government solicitations and proceed with contracts and payments.

PIEE(WAWF)

PIEE (Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment) is the U.S. government's integrated electronic platform that handles contracting, delivery, and payment in one place.
Through its core module WAWF (Wide Area Workflow), companies submit invoices electronically after delivery, and the government reviews and pays them quickly.

By replacing paper-based processes with electronic ones, it improves speed and accuracy while keeping every transaction transparent.
