This procurement is for Dormitory Change of Occupancy Maintenance (COM) for all Unaccompanied Dormitory Housing (UH) listed in Appendix A at Osan AB, Republic of Korea.The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, and other items and services necessary to perform this service.
