The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific (RHCO-P), Hawaii intends to award a SOLE SOURCE firm-fixed price purchase order for Ortho Vision Analyzer for the Department of Pathology at Brian D. Allgood Army Community Hospital (BDAACH), Korea.  The Ortho Vision Analyzer is the only analyzer that is compatible with the department's reagents and consumables.   The contract shall comply with all terms, conditions, special requirements and conditions, and specifications contained in the solicitation or incorporated by reference.
