The U.S. Department of State (DOS), Office of Global Acquisition (GA), on behalf of the Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO), has a requirement for Design-Build (D/B) services for a Site Maintenance & Development Plan (SMDP) project in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

The Government requires D/B services for a SMDP project to include: demolition and asbestos abatement, environmental remediation, conventional site clearing, and temporary security on Camp Coiner.

Interested parties must complete and return the "Restricted Access Form" to Kaitlin Lockett at lockettkf@state.gov and request access this opportunity on SAM.gov in order to receive the Request for Proposal.
