Solicitation Detail

This organization requires the contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, labor, supplies, tools, material, supervision, licenses and permits, and any other non-personal service necessary for removal, transportation, and disposal of oil/water mixtures and sludge/sand/soils from 12 Oil, Water Separators (OWSs) on Kunsan AB in compliance with all the provisions of the contract as specified in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) in order to fulfill all laws and regulations of ROK, State, and Federal Regulation, International agreement, Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) and USFK Regulation 201-1 Environmental Governing Standards (EGS) or, in their absence, the Overseas Environmental Baseline Guidance Document (OEBGD).
