STATEMENT OF WORK                                                                             SMYU 21-1111                                                           DEMO ABANDONED B1436, 1437 & 1438                                                                            OSAN AB, ROK 1.  DESCRIPTION:  The work to be performed for completion of this project will be as described in general below. 1.1. Contractor will provide all labor, tools, equipment, supplies, and any other resources necessary to accomplish the scope of work contained herein and as included in the drawings and specifications. 1.2. Contractor will complete the work in accordance with the project drawing and specification. 2.1.    DEMOLITION WORK: 2.1.1.    Demolish/Dispose of building B1436, B1438 and, their subsidiary building B1437 including all building elements such as foundation (except for piles), slab, floor, wall, column, beam, ceiling, finishes, doors, windows, roof, toilet fixture/accessories, furniture, appliances, insulation, awnings, HVAC & Plumbing systems, fuel, fluids and refrigerant, electrical systems, fire suppression/alarm/mass notification systems, CATV/CCTV/COMM systems, mechanical and electrical equipment etc. as shown on the drawings.  2.1.2.    Remove all existing underground utility lines between B1436 & B1437, B1438 & B1437 except the service line of natural gas from near B1437 to B1423 as depicted in DWG C-5.  2.1.3.    Demolish/Dispose of outdoor site elements such as sidewalk, curbs, manholes, concrete pad, patio blocks, trash enclosure, mechanical and electrical equipment, fuel storage tank, and, all other exterior structure and installations that lose their usage after the SOW 2.1.1 buildings and building elements are demolished. 2.1.4.    Ensure that the drainage ditches are kept free of any demolition debris. 2.1.5.    Terminate, remove, shut off, cut and cap existing underground and overhead utilities such as domestic water, fire water, storm drainage, sewer, fuel, power, communication including associated manholes, handholes, transformers, switches, poles, steelwork, concrete, pavement and finishes as indicated on the drawings. Re-finishes will match with adjacent materials. Existing utilities not included in the demolition work will be protected from damage.   Site Vist has been schedule for 15 MARCH 2023, 1000 hrs Participant will meet at the Entrance door in front of BLD 600, Osan AFB
