Solicitation Detail

Description of Services/Introduction: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, technical guidance and field experience necessary for the preventive and corrective maintenance of the Utility Monitoring and Control Systems (UMCS), Direct Digital Control (DDC) Systems, Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Systems, Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Systems, Electrical Distribution Systems, Power Generation Systems, Communication Infrastructure, and other associated systems at USAG Humphreys. The contractor shall have the appropriate licenses, certifications, proprietary tools, and expertise to perform duties as required in this work scope.  The contractor shall not install, integrate, or implement any proprietary software and/or system that may potentially create future transitional issues to the Government or a different contractor.  The contractor shall be required to use open-source and open-protocol procedure and approach during this contract period.
