Regional Contracting Office has a tire changer purchase requirement for 607th MMS, Daegu Air Base. This requirement is to purchase a heavy duty tire changer macine, CHD 9551 or equal. In addition, this requirement includes incidental service that include removing the old equipment and installing the new equipment as well as a traininig on how to use the new equipment.

**Funds are not presently available for this contract IAW FAR 52.232-18. **
All sources may submit a proposal as applicable. However, the Republic of Korea (ROK) – United States (U.S.)
Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA), precludes the U.S. Government from granting Invited Contractor or Technical
Representative status to any Offeror for this requirement. All sources submitting a proposal, including U.S. sources,
must already have, or obtain the requisite business licenses directly from the ROK Government and conduct
business in accordance with all applicable ROK laws, including but not limited to, rules and policies regarding
labor, taxation, and immigration. Any Contractor not already doing business in Korea must submit adequate
verification in its initial proposal that it has the requisite authorization and capacity to compete for this requirement,
and to conduct business in accordance with all applicable ROK laws, including but not limited to, rules and policies
regarding labor, taxation, and immigration. If an initial proposal does not fully demonstrate this authorization and
capacity, it will not be further considered for award. Whether an Offeror qualifies shall be determined by the
Contracting Officer. All Offeror(s) interested in competing for this requirement are required to submit their price
proposal in Korean won only.
