Amendment #2 - Requiring Activity reviewed design and modified quatities.  FY22 Procurement of Poly Panel and Delivery of Poly Panel to Kunsan Air Base, Republic of Korea.  A. If the contractor is unable to submit the proposal in response to this RFQ, the contractor shall submit the "No-offer letter" by date and time specified in this solicitation. B.
