This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued to existing General Construction Multiple Aw ard Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)holding contract number(s) as follow s: Contract W91QVN-18-D-0021, 0022, 0023, 0025, 0026, 0027, 0028, 0030, 0031, 0042, 0044, 0045,0046, 0050, and 0051. 2. Site Visit: All MATOC contractors w ho intend to propose on this solicitation are strongly recommended to attend the Site Visit. See Section L for the schedule. 3. If the contractor is unable to submit the proposal in response to this RFP, the contractor shall submit the "No-offer letter" by closing date and time specified in the solicitation.
