Site Visit: Of ferors w ho intend to propose on this solicitation are strongly encouraged to attend site visit. See site visit clause FAR52.236-27 in Section L. c. If the contractor is unable to submit the proposal in response to this RFP, the contractor shall submit the ‘No-Off er Letter’ by date and time specified in this solicitation.
