Command Maintenance Evaluation and Training (COMET) Team,  Eighth Army G4  This is a non-personal services contract to provide Eighth Army (8A) and U.S. Army units based in Japan a contracted Command Maintenance Evaluation and Training (COMET) team to assist in the performance of evaluations required in accordance with (IAW) the Army’s Command Maintenance Discipline Program (CMDP), Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) and all other applicable regulations.  The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services.  Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.
