Solicitation Detail

AWARD OF CONTRACT IS SUBJECT TO FUNDS AVAILABILITY. This is a non-personnel services contract to provide barracks Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) maintenance and repair service. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein.  Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. THIS IS A ROK MND (THE REPUBLIC OF KOREA, MINISTRY OF NATIONAL DEFENSE) FUNDED CONTRACT. NO APPROPRIATED FUNDS OF THE UNITED STATES SHALL BE OBLIGATED FOR PAYMENT DUE UNDER THIS CONTRACT. ROK MND LCS (LOGISTICS COST SHARING)-FUNDED ACQUISITION SHALL NOT REQUIRE ANY REQUIREMENTS FOR NON-KOREAN END ITEMS. ALL EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES THAT ARE TO BE ACQUIRED WITH ROKG FUNDS WILL BE MANUFACTURED IN THE ROK, AND ONLY KOREAN CONTRACTORS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR AWARD OF LCS-FUNDED CONTRACT.
