Solicitation Detail

The Contractor shall provide all required personnel, equipment, tools, supplies, supervision, transportation, and any other resources necessary to pick up in accordance with (IAW) pick-up frequencies, segregate out trash not acceptable for dumping into the Landfill Facility, and transport sorted and acceptable trash to the Landfill Facility or Incineration Facility in accordance with the local environmental law, standards, and all other terms and conditions contained herein.
