Amendment 0001The solicitation is amended to change the description from "work plan" to "non-work plan." The solicitation also captures the date and location for the site visit.Title: Upgrade Road Between ENG#1 and ENG#2 Convoy Live Fire Range at Story Range, Area I. "THIS IS A WORK PLAN TASK ORDER FOR THE FOLLOWING MATOC CONTRACTOR ONLY" Proposals for the requirement are being solicited from the MATOC contractors for the following MATOC contracts issued by 411th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB). Proposal offerors othan than these MATOC Contractors will not be considered for award. W91QVN-14-D-0031, 0032, 0033, 0034, 0035, 0036, 0037, 0038, 0039, 0040, 0041, 0042, 0043, 0044, 0045, 0046, 0047, 0048, 0049, and 0050A. Site Visit: Offerors who intend to propose on this solicitation are strongly encourages to attend site visit. See site visit clause FAR 52.236-25 ALT I in Section L. Offerors are required to have a valid Korean Identification Card when attending Site Visit Orientation.B. Submission of Proposal 1. The Pricing Proposal shall be submitted by 13:00 hrs local time on the date in block 13.A. 2. Technical Proposal A.
