THIS IS A NON-WORK PLAN TASK ORDER RFP FOR MATOC CONTRACTORS ONLY. Proposals for this requirement are being solicited from the MATOC contractors for the follow ing MATOC contracts issued by 411th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB) only. Proposals from offerors other than these MATOC contractors will not be considered for award. CONTRACT NO. W91QVN-18-D-0056, 0057, 0060, 0062, 0064, 0065, 0066, 0069, 0070, 0071, 0073, 0074, 0076 and 0077. Offerors note that "Funds are not presently available. No contract award shall be made until appropriated funds are available.
