Solicitation Detail

The contractor shall provide all labor, material, tool, and equipment to accomplish the Voyage Repair Availability for USNS RICHARD E. BYRD (T-AKE 4) as described in accordance with the Work specification MSCOK 25-035 and SECTION J, Attachment J-1.

All offers shall be in US Dollars and use the offerors final, fullyburdened rates, include all applicable fees and profit.

Offerors are required to submit an itemized breakdown of the price for each item on the form provided in Attachment J-2. Failure to submit this documentation properly completed by the specified closing date may cause rejection of the offer.
