This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued to existing General Construction Multiple Aw  ard Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) holding contract number(s) listed below  ; Contract Numbers W91QVN-18-D-0100, 0102, 0104, 0105, 0106, 0110, 0111, 0112, 0134, 0135, 0137, 0138, 0139, 0141, 0142, 0143, 0145 and 0146. 2. Site Visit: Above MATOC contractors w ho intend to propose on this solicitation are strongly recommended to attend the Site Visit. See Section L for the schedule. 3. If the contractor is unable to submit the proposal in response to this solicitation, the Contractor shall submit the "NO OFFER LETTER" by the date and time specified in this solicitation. 4. CONSTRUCTION PRICE RANGE Pursuant to FAR 36.204 the estimated price range is Betw een $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
