Amendment  W91QVN22R0186-00011. A. The purpose of this amendment is to delete in ADDENDUM TO FAR 52.212-2 EVALUATION-COMMERCIAL ITEMS (OCT 2014) as follows. Sub -factor 3.Comtract Manager (CM) -Delete:  Additionally, the offeror will be evaluated on provided CM's a copy of valid and current certificate for Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) score 750 or higher or Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) Score 85 or higher.  Sub-factor 4. HW Management Technician -Delete: Additionally, the offeror will be evaluated on provided Technician's a copy of valid and current certificate for Test of English for International Communication (TOEIC) score 650 or higher or Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) Score 75 or higher. B. All other terms and conditions remain change.
