Maintenance Service for HVAC Systems in Annex compound

The U.S. Embassy in Seoul, South Korea requires Preventive Maintenance Services Contract (PMSC) for HVAC systems on the Seoul compound.
All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered.
The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor.
The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference and site visit on April 8, 2025. If you intend to participate in the pre-quotation conference, please contact Ms. Seo, Wonyoung at seowy@state.gov to make necessary arrangement for access no later than April 7, 2025 at 14:00 Korea Standard Time.
All contractors must to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting a quotation pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals. This opportunity allows for electronic responses.
