**********************************************************************The previous presolicitation number (SPE600-15-R-5X04) is now amended to read SPE600-16-R-0505.Contractor-Owned, Contractor-Operated (COCO) fuel facilities with the capability to receive, store, and issue commercial jet turbine fuel. Contractor must have the capability to receive (pipeline/rail tank car/tank truck) and issue (rail tank car/tank truck) required jet fuel products within the Republic of Korea (ROK). The Contractor shall have the capability to re-grade commercial jet fuel product into JP-8 (MIL-DTL-83133E) on outbound issues.
1. AREA OF CONSIDERATION: Republic of Korea.
2. PRODUCT TO BE STORED: JP-8/military specification MIL-DTL-83133E
3. PHYSICAL SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: A fill capacity quantity of 350,000 barrels is required.
4. ESTIMATED THROUGHPUT: 250,000 barrels of JP-8 for each 12 month contract period.a) Estimated receipt: 5,000 barrels (Minimum) to 30,000 barrels (Maximum)daily.b) Estimated issue: 12,500 barrels by rail tank car and 4,300 barrels by tanktruck daily.
5. ESTIMATED PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: One (1) - four (4) year baseperiod and three (3) - five (5) year option periods
