This amendment to the solicitation is conducted under the LCS program and will result in a contract between the Government of
the Republic of Korea (ROK) and the contractor. The purpose of this amendment is to:
1. Provide transparency to all potentital offers with answers to questions submitted af ter completion of site orientation conducted on 24 October 2023.
2. Extend solication date to 1:00 PM(Korean Standard Time), 6 November 2023.
3. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
