The Regional Health Contracting Office - Pacific at Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC), Hawaii intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the non-personal services of courier service pickup and delivery of clinical diagnostic specimens, pharmacy boxes, supplies and laboratory/pharmacy related paperwork to and from the Brian D. Allgood Army Community Hospital (BDAACH), Department of Pathology and Department of Pharmacy.  This requirement is for a one-year period of performance, 1 December 2020 - 30 November 2021, plus four one-year options, plus the FAR 52.217-8, Option to Extend Services.  The proposed acquisition is full and open competition.  The NAICS code for this proposed procurement is 492210 and the annual size standard is $30M.  No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued and no solicitation mailing list will be compiled.  The Contracting Officer is Ms. Kanoe Sing-Ching, (808) 438-5135, kanoelani.c.singching.civ@mail.mil, and the Contract Specialist is Ms. Charis K.
