Correction to Question #2 in Amendment 0001:  Question 2: If a local (Korean) firm hires a US citizen, will the Invited Contractor (IC) status be approved? Answer 2:   SOFA is applicable to US vendors.  All vendors shall be in compliance with Addendum 52.212-1 VOL I, Paragraph d.
