A. THIS IS A NON-WORK PLAN TASK ORDER RFP TO MATOC IDIQ General Construction, Area IV. Please see the attached RFP and attachments. B. Site Visit: Offerors w ho intend to propose on this solicitation are strongly encourage to attend site visit. See site visit clause FAR 52.236-27 in Section L. Offerors are required to have a valid Korean Identification card when attending the site visit orientation. C. If the contractor is unable to submit the proposal in response to this RFP, the contractor shall submit the “No-Offer Letter’ by date and time specified in this solicitation. D. The proposal shall be submitted to sangku.pak2.ln@mail.mil by 1300hrs on the closing date of the RFP. E. Section K: Offerors must complete all portions of Section K, and submit this section at https//beta.am.gov.
