Refill & Inspection of Gas Cylinder/Tank at Kunsan AB, Korea This is a Pre-Priced Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for refill, test and marking of high-pressure gas cylinder/tank in accordance with the scope of work herein. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, tools, facilities and all materials necessary to perform charging, testing, marking, pickup /delivery of high-pressure gas cylinders specified herein. The contractor shall also comply with the Enforcement Decree of the High-pressure Gas Safety Control Act (고압가스 안전관리법 시행령) and Safety Control and Business of Liquefied Petroleum Gas Act (액화석유가스의 안전관리 및 사업법) stipulated by the Minister of Knowledge and Economy (지식경제부장관) while operating on base.
