This solicitation is for the Turbine Fuel, Aviation, Thermally Stable Grade (JTPS) (NSN: 9130-005-512-264) procurement.  The annual estimated requirement is 925,000 USG per year. The base period of performance is April 1, 2022 through March 31, 2023.   The two, one year option periods are: April 1, 2023 through March 31, 2024 (Option 1); April 1, 2024 through March 31, 2025 (Option 2). The methods of delivery will be by tank truck. This procurement will utilize full and open competition in accordance with (IAW) FAR 6.1.
