Site Visit: All MATOC contractors w ho intend to propose on this solicitation are strongly recommended to attend the Site Visit. See Section L for the schedule. 3. If the contractor is unable to submit the proposal in response to this solicitation, the Contractor shall submit the "NO OFFER LETTER" by date and time specified in this solicitation.
