See amendment 0001 for full details.** The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) will be soliciting responsible sources with current relevant qualifications, experience, personnel and capability to provide the labor, management and assorted food products necessary to support in-store specialty delicatessen and bakery resale operations to include sushi where applicable, for 24 DeCA West Area (Pacific) commissary locations in South Korea, Japan, Okinawa, and Guam. Ownership of all products shall remain with the contractor until products are scanned at the commissary front-end register. The offeror(s) will submit its proposed price as a percentage of savings to the commissary patron. Site visit information will also be stated in the solicitation. Solicitation HDEC02-19-R-0013 is issued on an unrestricted basis onNovember 18, 2020. The solicitation is available for download on the internet at Contract Opportunity (www.Beta.SAM.gov) on the issue date. The NAICS code is 722310 for this requirement, and the size standard is $41.5M. The Performance is anticipated to commence on or about August 1, 2021. The period of performance will consist of one 24-month base period plus three 12-month option periods.
