This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued to existing Area I & II General Construction Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MAIDIQ) Contractors only. Contract Number: W91QVN-18-D-0021, 0022, 0023, 0025, 0026, 0027, 0028, 0030, 0031, 0042, 0044, 0045, 0046,0050, and 0051. b. Site Visit: All MAIDIQ contractors who intend to propose on this solicitation are strongly recommended to attend the Site Visit. See Section L for the schedule. c. If the contractor is unable to submit the proposal in response to this RFP, the contractor shall submit the “No-offer letter” by closing date and time specified in the solicitation.
