Bidders who have already submitted a bid and do not wish to revise their bid, must acknowledge all amendments, including this Amendment 3, dated 22 Nov 2017. You must provide an email to the Contracting Officer at arturo.castro.3@us.af.mil acknowledging that your bid does not need to be revised and acknowledging all three amendments.Bids received to date will not be opened until the bid opening.
