The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is advertising for the right to award a full service lease for the term of one (1) year beginning on 1 January 2024 – 31 December 2024 to lease a space at the airport located in Incheon, South Korea.  The first space must be located in Terminal 1 to accommodate a reception desk of approximately 15.74 rentable square meters at the arrival lobby, and an office space of approximately 32.46 rentable square meters. The desk must be located where they are easily visible and accessible for personnel arriving to Korea. The second space must be located in Terminal 2 at the arrival lobby to accommodate a reception desk of approximately 12.60 rentable square meters. The desk must be located where they are easily visible and accessible for personnel arriving to Korea.   The attached Proposal Submission Form must be completed and provided to the USACE not later than 22 December 23.  The point of contact is Ms. Joann Thomas, joann.thomas@usace.army.mil, 808.835.4372­­.   Lease will be awarded to the most economically advantageous bid which provides best value to the government.
